Hanging out with my brother the other day I was suddenly aware that I'm aging much slower than he is even though I'm two and a half years older. He's already going grey all over and getting creases around his eyes. He doesn't smoke or do drugs and drinks at a comparable level to what I have. He plays hockey regularly and is generally kind of fit. I can't figure out what the difference is and was baffled when I noticed.

I always figured that the fountain of youth was genetic. That I still wear my high school pants, am more likely to have acne than worry lines, and attract nineteen year olds was something I couldn't control. Maybe there's something else?
