RBH'S roommate, who is female, is mad at him for lewd behavior of his drunken male cohort at their house this weekend. He apologized, but she's still really angry. I told him she would probably stop being mad, but he had to apologize more and not do it again.

I compared it to times I have told him he is being a jerk and it takes him awhile to put it together, not because he really is a jerk but because he doesn't always get why certain things are a big deal for females. Our arguments are always funny in retrospect because they basically always end up reduced to me making shadow puppets trying to illustrate why things are the way they are, and him taking notes. I think it's happened twice.
