Yoga calms me down, puts my head back on and my mind back in my body. I did two classes today, low level, and my body already feels better. Down with hibernation! The calendar says it's supposed to be warmer tomorrow in which case I'm going to take a long walk involving some errands and fresh air.
Vegetables. Another good thing. For dinner I roasted a sweet potato and while I was waiting for it had a plate full of nachos with mashed up avocado and lemon, salsa, and peppers all over the place with just a little cheese. I had some sweet chili sauce and bean sprouts on the sweet potato, scattered with cilantro, splashed with soy sauce. Fantastic. My passion for produce is pretty freakin' boundless. Give me your acorn squash and your red cabbage! This summer I will grow a small herb garden and get it strong enough to survive indoors over winter.
Now? A glass of red wine. Possibly a movie, maybe just a little radio and reading. Definitely a lot of sleep... hasta maƱana.
